The NMI 5 Areas of Impact:
- Prayer
- The first and most important NMI Area of Impact is PRAYER. NMI gathers believers together for prayer in the local church, linking us to our brothers and sister in Christ across the globe. Remember your missionaries throughout the year in prayer. Many are often facing troubled times in the places in which they serve. They seek to be peacemakers and agents of transformation. They need your support through intercession.
- World Evangelism
- The second NMI Area of Impact is the WORLD EVANGELISM FUND (WEF). WEF fuels the Church of the Nazarene’s mission by combining gifts from each person and church to fund ministries everywhere. The World Evangelism fund is the foundation for everything the Lord is doing through the global Church of the Nazarene. Our core method of missions through compassion, evangelism,
and education are accomplished with World Evangelism giving. Here are a few examples of ministries that your World Evangelism giving makes possible through direct funding of ministry network support:

Þ Missionaries
Þ Regional ministries
Þ Christian literature and resources
Þ Holiness education
Þ Partner ministries such as JESUS Film Harvest Partners, Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, and many more.
- Alabaster Offering
- The third NMI Area of Impact is the ALABASTER OFFERING. The Alabaster Offering provides funds for property and buildings around the world. While we understand the church consists of the people of God and not a building, buildings erected for the purpose of ministry help provide a sense of permanence, functionally enhance ministry efforts, and convey an attitude that the Church of the Nazarene intends to "put down roots."
- Engage Children & Youth
- The fourth NMI Area of Impact is to ENGAGE CHILDREN AND YOUTH. Every church should be engaging children in youth in many areas of the church. NMI does this for missions through education and fostering a call to missions a young child may have.
- Care & Connection
- The fifth NMI Area of Impact is to CARE & CONNECTION. Care & Connect strategically connects Nazarene missionaries and Nazarene churches from around the world through prayer, personal contact, and generous giving.
