If you plan to have children attend our District assembly on May 15-16 they will need to be registered for childcare. There have been times children weren't registered and then we didn't have enough childcare workers, which is not fun for anyone! Children can be registered by clicking

On Saturday, for only $12, coffee, donuts, or muffins will be available in the morning, and an all-you-can-eat sit-down lunch will be served in the dining hall!! Lunch will feature pulled pork or pulled chicken, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, a vegetable, a cookie, and refillable drinks from the Pepsi machine. BBQ sauce will also be available. However, this only works if we know how many people plan to eat, otherwise we won't have enough food. So we need you to REGISTER! Pretty please. 

Speak with your delegates/pastors to see if they would like to stay on grounds for breakfast and lunch, or if they prefer other arrangements. If you have a campus church please coordinate with them as well. And don't forget about the kids! Last year people who weren't registered for food still took a bagged lunch because they didn't know they weren't registered. We were running out of lunch bags before the people who did register got theirs - we can't let that happen to our fellow NEI-ers! But we also can't make enough food for 300 if only 100 plan to eat - that would cost us a fortune in wasted food. You can register and pay for your lunches

9:00 pm(ish) Congratulate your 2026 ordinands!!!

(There will be tables set up at the back of the Tabernacle for our ordinands to be greeted)

Saturday, May 16th

8:00 am Registration Opens

(Registration will not be ready before 8!,

Coffee, donuts, & muffins available for those who meal registered.

9:00 am Assembly begins

12:00 pm(ish) - 1:00 pm(ish) Lunch will be served in the dining hall
