Throughout this workshop, we will journey through 8 postures necessary for moving the church toward the centrifugal model we discussed in Workshop #1. How we engage a community, the assessments and evaluations we make, the systemic needs identified, and the partnerships developed matter. Having worked through these postures in a town of 135,000, a town of 2,000, and a town of 33,000, I've witnessed the power of posture. We will also discuss specific tools for assessment and build upon your Action Learning Plan.

Rev. Jeff Stark   Bridgeway (planted in 2005 by Pekin First Church of the Nazarene) was established as a church planting church whose vision was to specifically connect with those disconnected from God and a community of faith. The culture of Bridgeway encouraged and empowered the church plant Second Chance Church in Fishers, Indiana. In 2015, Pastor Jeff Stark joined the team to lead Bridgeway into its next chapter. Central to Bridgeway's effectiveness has been the tireless work of the pastoral staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers, the investments of both Pekin First Church of the Nazarene and the Northwest Illinois District Church of the Nazarene, and the consistent, guiding power of its Mission, Vision, and Values. In late 2015, a small struggling church approached Bridgeway about merging together to impact the community of Marquette Heights. Bridgeway accepted the churches offer and on January 6, 2016, launched the Marquette Heights campus.
